With the fact that Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook are both starting to get injured, and that the thunder's game plan over the last 3 years is largely responsible for it.

If Kevin Durant leaves okc, I believe that he'll do it because the organization is running him and westbrook into the ground. Westbrook and durant have to go for 30 a piece every night for them to have a chance. They have nobody else to shoulder that burden.

Similarly, Lebron went through that with Cleveland the first go around. The way durant played last year is largely unsustainable over the long ya'll, and if you really, before last season, KD mentioned something about how he is going to try not to put so much on himself: it's just basketball.

I do think that it's a real possibility that kd leaves for a team with more talent on it.

okc lost durant the moment they chose money over winning.

If Durant leaves, it'll be because the Thunder have been unable to acquire talent because of their penny-pinching management. Can't win in the NBA if all you can get in a trade for James Harden is Jeremy Lamb and one season of Kevin Martin.

I can't wait for Oklahoma City to experience what it means to have a bad NBA team for a while. They were gifted a contender and have never experienced the leaner times.

I wonder what kind of player kd would have been if pop would have gotten him. Or what derrick rose woulda been. Chicago can say what they want but they are as much responsible for derricks injury as anybody. You think pop woulda have let derrick go one on five like tibs did?

And what exactly are we doing to Harden? If we don't get him some help, he's going to break down by the end of his contract.

An argument can be made whether Westbrook is even top 5 locking him in at top 3 is ridiculous. Top 10 includes him and harden, and the rockets management ain't cheap.

If Durant leaves, it would be for Washington. Not Houston.

the 8th seed this year probably won't reach 50 wins as it is usually the case

If Durant/Westbrook leave, the Harden trade becomes even more legendary than it already is.

Durant is not coming to Houston, and his general turn towards douchery lately is concerning.

He and Howard are not going to coexist on the same team.
