Flash back to 2005 1st round series vs. Dallas. Rockets were up 2-0 on Dallas and once that happened the Mavericks decided to bench Bradley who was getting owned by the Rockets and inserted Keith Van Horn in the starting lineup. The Mavs ended up winning the next 3 games and the rest was history. Should the Rockets do the same?

But Clint wants to play the worriers. He said so himself.

    Why ruin his dreams??

It's up to the coaches to put him in the best position to succeed.

Rebounding is biggest issue, so starting a super small lineup makes complete sense.

If rebounding is such an issue then why not sit the player who’s failing at that job the most?

Egos aside they need to change something. warriors did it with Bogut when they started Iggy etc. sometimes the matchups don’t work and you have to realize and fix it.

D'antoni def needs to think outside the box and coach as if his job is actually on the line

Scoring and defense is primary issue or lack thereof.

Maybe if you put Rivers in there he can help counter the advantage of Hampton 5. He can collapse to the hole, hit the 3, make a pass and I trust him hitting free throws more than Clint with his higher career ft %.

In LA he had a pretty deadly floater too.
He's quick and plays the passing lanes effectively for steals
He can block shots from behind with defender unaware of him moving quickly behind
