a better question is "is Pop done with coaching?" Does he really want to break in a whole new team after Parker and Manu most likely are done after this year.
It's not like Parker and Manu have consistently performed well. It's obviously that they've statistically declined over the years...they'll miss their leadership when they both decide to hang it up, though. Pop has had to work with Mills, Anderson, Simmons, and a whole bunch of new/younger players. As long as Pop still has a chance with his stars/superstars (LMA, Kawhi), I don't think Pop minds coaching. If the situation was different, like the Spurs suddenly having a PHX-level roster, Pop might consider being done.
