James is obviously "the man" (of the whole NBA) ...We need to get him healthy.

Oftentimes though, as we all know, blessings come in disguise....

With the return of Chris Paul, and James not close to 100%....the Rockets have the perfect opportunity to integrate all our new pieces in ....Manimal, Shump, et al....

Guys like Tucker/Gordon won't be asked to do too much while returning to their roles which they are more than capable of filling.

We begin to see role players used/excel where they should be.

CC coming back to be the All Star caliber player he was before he went down.

Create a synergy on offense & defense ....ramping up.

The flow out there with CP3 at 90% of his powers is a beautiful thing to watch....He's moving well (getting his shot back)...and not just offensively...

With all that said, the Beard needs to return to his closer role....always being there when we need it....while setting guys up....in the flow. ....

Time to play in rhythm/in synch on both sides of the ball. Chris will lead & the Beard will rock....

OUR DEFENSE IS GOING TO GET STRONGER & STRONGER LEADING INTO THE PLAYOFFS.

I expect us to be like iron by the end of the season.

I find it ridiculously funny and ironic Rox were the laughing stock of the NBA at the start of the season but now they are GSW's no. 1 threat. Meanwhile the rest of the supposed contenders are dealing with various problems like trade anxiety in LA and Boston, Cousins unhappy with his limited mins in GSW and Kawhi injured again in Toronto.

Only 3 teams are standing tall without any issues right now, OKC, Milwaukee and of course the Rockets. Rockets easily the best of these 3 teams record be damned. Who's laughing now?

    I am a believer.

We have shown that we can up the level of defense if the players put their mind to it. Like many have said, CP3, Rivers, Tank, Gordon and Shump are absolute dogs, with a special shout out to Rivers who might be the best at guarding Curry.

Come playoff time, when defense intensity increases, we will choke teams to death. Just get to a decent seed, and this team has the type of players to get it done. Morley has managed to improve the talent level and depth from last year's team, which had too many unplayable players.

This year has sucked, they need to go on a winning streak of double digits to get their swag back.

Defense and offense wins championships. Red Auerbach was asked what is more important defense or offense, he said both.

He will be when we make him unplayable just like we do every other immobile big in the league. We're going to cost him a crap load of money when we get in the playoffs. If Gobert has issues with us, Cousins will have no chance on Harden/CP3 Island.

houston can potentially make him unplayable but still wouldn't really cost him money. so long as cousins doesn't get significantly hurt again, he'll have plenty of suitors ready to throw money at him. and theres plenty of them this summer

I haven't seen anything directly from Boogie, but these commentators from Fox Sports stated that Boogie has already had some "spicy" interviews expressing unhappiness with his playing time. Here's the video:

Remember when Greg Monroe was a near max guy? He's making the minimum this season. Cousin's contract won't be close to max, especially when we expose him this off season. Kanter is another guys that was a max guy. Now he can't even get minutes on a crappy Knick's team.

hes been playing on a minutes restriction which is obviously understandable coming off a fresh Achilles injury. but per kerr, post AS break he no longer has that restriction

I wouldn't count on Cousins getting a max contract but itll still be a hefty amount which is what he wants.

monroe is no where near the player cousins is. Monroe hasn't been good for a long time. he has no range as a big. cousins does which obviously fits this era of bigs. kanter had his problems off court and it spilled over into the organization. Kanter was still making just south of 20m with the knicks who he is no longer on btw. he is now on portland.

Yes, and again, I haven't seen or heard anything directly from Boogie (I haven't bothered following what's going on with him), but people are saying he complained even with the minutes restriction. Now that the restriction has been lifted, he's a bit saltier that he's not getting playing time in the final minutes of tough/close games.

well theres vids of him begging kerr to let him back in the game after reaching his minutes cap. so yeah he was upset with pt you could say. but now that that's off, they can move on. its about whether or not he can handle it and play well now. he looked just fine last night, besides the tech he got for throwing a players shoe into the crowd lol

From the ashes a phoenix is born!! Morey said it all along .. while i was hyperventilating about CP3 playing bad, the Ariza/Luc nonsignings, the clearance rack players who are now playing prominent minutes ... ITS NOT THE TEAM YOU HAVE IN NOVEMBER, OR FEBRUARY .. ITS THE TEAM YOU HAVE IN APRIL.

Give James extra rest. Get everyone involved and flourishing in their respective role. Worst case scenario you drop to 6-7 seed, but to me thats not even the end of the world, because you wont see GS in the 2nd round.

Must be playing our best team ball at the end of the season.
