Not much of an article, but what would be your top 5 dirtiest that you've watched?

    Me too.

And I agree that Shaq should have mentioned Malone.

The title is all screwed up when the "s" from "players" is missing.

Almost the entire DET Pistons team of the early 90's. I think Joe D was the only guy who really played tough D and manned up how he should have.

Karl Malone easily. Elbows galore. Bowed David Robinson in the chops and clean knocked him out for no reason at all.

Stockton always pulling on you like a girl.

Rodman, well I have to give him a pass. He usually just outsmarted you and got in your head and made you lose your focus mostly. Ask Karl Malone how he did him in the finals.

Rick Mahorn. I pretty much have to give the nod though to the Pistons.

Karl Malone's 2nd worst blow was when he opened up a fountain on Zeke's head during a game where he was abusing Stockton. I've never seen blood like that in an NBA game. Bill Laimbeer and Rick Mahorn were dirty, but they weren't close to Malone.

Zeke still has the gash mark in his eyebrow from that elbow.

I wonder if Kobay learned that from him.

Didn't know that. I'll look for it next time I watch a Knicks game.

I don’t remember Rodman being dirty. He didn’t intentionally injure players just refs and camera men.

Rodman wasn't dirty, I disagree there.

I would have to rank Malone first on that list, then you have the Bad Boys Pistons team, and modern day I would say the only one that qualifies is Fortson.
