Okay, with some nice talent getting signed already, why is it that Morey is not trying to get several good players (specialists) over 1 guy in Parsons now?

For a Parsons at $15 million a year we could've signed a combination of:
    - Morrow at just over 3 million a year
    - Tucker at just over 5 million a year
    - Frye at 8 million a year
    - Carter at 4 million a year
    - Hawes at just under 6 million a year

I would've taken any 2/3 of these guys over Parsons contract right now..

I would say instead of the third star instead of Parsons. You can sign a couple mid level guys and then match Parsons. Passing on Parsons doesn't help you get other guys.Fryy Pick up a Deng and a Frye or whatever and then match.

That would be ideal, but I don't think Leslie will put his money where his mouth is for resigning Parsons at 15million, a Frye at 8 and then some other guys that to him are no-names.
