We need him to do good. But havent been able to pinpoint what exactly he has to fix. His hands are not good right now when catching passes.

That's a good point. He's fine on offense for me, but on defense they seem to be able to shoot right over the top of him. I think he needs to learn Harden's style of playing the post.
Have you noticed the post play by our guards? Last year teams would always try to take our guards down into the post and abuse them. This year however CP3, Harden and EGO are tremendous(strong as fck) defenders down in the post. No gaurds will attempt to take our guys on down there. Wings and bigs continue to try and I would be interested in seeing the field goal percentage when those three are posted up. I’m willing to bet it’s in low 30’s.. that is a huge difference I’ve seen this year as well.
I think it's safe to say that this switch-everything defensive experiment is a success. Maybe someone exploits it, but that doesn't make it a failure if it's worked for 40-some odd straight games.
