Graham and CJ would be a really good tandem. Building Patriots south is appealing.

I don't know if Jimmy Graham is the right player to trade Brown for, but it sure would be exciting

wait, Graham is an UFA after this season, no thanks

FYI, Just realized Duane is holding out because he only had two years left at 9.5m per season. That's $1m more per year than the two years that Joe Thomas has left who is playing...for Cleveland. Eat **** Duane

His holdout isn't for more money per year though, he just wants it fully guaranteed because he knows he's not worth that kind of money anymore.

It's because it's non guaranteed. If he gets injured like Watt probably gets cut

I totally get it but it isn't as if he had some front
Loaded deal where he gets peanuts at the end. 9.5 per is about right for a good LT. Joe Thomas has nothing guaranteed anymore and is playing. Just saying.

Over the cap says he gets $10 mil guaranteed this year, unless I'm reading it wrong

If we let Graham walk a year early as a FA do we get the 3rd round compensation pick a year earlier? If not I'd rather keep Brown for 10 mil.

Texans would have to cut a TE or a WR. If it was me I would cut Braxton Miller, put Stephen Anderson in at slot, and ride with Graham, CJ, and Griffen. In the off season I would trade CJ for a 3rd and give up Lamar Miller and a 4th for a 1st or 2nd.
