Hey guys, I have to puchase a flatbed scanner for work, where it's probably gonna run on a PC & Mac. Can any of y'all give me a lowdown on some of the top/preferred/reliable makers or brands? We're not looking to doing anything that requires high resolution...rather something that's mid-range, probably just a notch better than average. Thanks!

Go buy a cheapie Lexmark at Walmart. I got their X75 copier/scanner/printer 4 years ago for $99. Haven't had any problems yet.
