I was encouraging an Indian guy or a Bangladeshi to have some concerns over their natural habitat, concerns should have a priority orders .

1-Stability has a priorities over some individuals rights
2-those individual not Exclusively the Atheists, Muslims Brothers Hoods also suffer the same thing of what i call (collective Punishment), just because one group of them showed disturbing signs , does not means every individual would represent the same threats

3-the Ambassador who is himself an example of success story of Indian origin citizen mentioned the following :
-the society is mainly homogeneous in the term of accepting Islam as the main guider.
-vocal atheist would be answered violently from opposition, the government prefer to avoid this escalation .

4-he seems fine with atheism as an individual belief or lack of it , he oppose public interaction.
5-over 120k account on twitter's accounts affiliated with Qiyada and ISIS identify the secular government as pro-atheism

5- panning vocal atheism was a small part of panning all volunteers jihades ,Nusra front ,ISIS and such , all as a part of restring stability.

6-how important is stability if you ask ! the majority of Iraqis in recent poll prefer Saddam stability over their distorted Democracy!

Trump has shown that he knows little of diplomatic protocols. He's also shown that he can get outworked within a system to his own disadvantage.

I can't imagine the Saudis or most other governments will have a tough time outmaneuvering Trump.
