Eric Gordon would likely tear his hand muscles signing the contract.

If he's healthy and ready to play I think this would be an amazing pick up for the up tempo offense and he's a reliable scorer. Doesn't do much else but that's what all players on the Rockets do.

Serious concerns about off the court.

I think you've got a point. He's an excellent shooter and would be a great player off the bench for us to spell Harden. The problem is that he'll get way overpaid in this market. I like him for the right price, but not excited about heading straight for the mediocrity treadmill

I'd gladly take him at 3 year $40mm contract, team option on 3rd year.

Boo. Although I like the fact that he can actually shoot, that doesn't do us any good as he sits and watches games from the bench.

I think he could work if you have him on a minutes restriction.

Don't forget he can get his own shot. Him not being a great 3pt shooter doesn't bother me as much because he can always penetrate

Doubt he gets overpaid due to his injury history and this drop in value with the spike in the cap is likely why he has all these suitors, including us. You could sign him to a favorable contract now that could be a bargain after the next spike in the cap.

He is better than Harden defensively even while injured.

Curry has a high steal number but is exploited on defense.

He should start over Beverley if healthy.

Not a great three point shooter? Must be thinking of a different player

He's a play maker [when healthy], makes his shots, and can create with/without the ball.

    Pg - Harden
    Sg - Gorden

If Eric Gordon was a racing horse, we would have euthanized him by now.

Good shooter. I have no problem adding him if he's cheap.

Honestly, this is the type of stuff we need to get our minds around.

Maybe adding some combination of Jared Dudley, Eric Gordon, DMo (re-resign) and another mid level type guy who gets overpaid. We aren't going to win a title but we can be much better.

Not sure why you think that. People trash all over getting Ricky Rubio and I'd argue he's a much better player than Gordon.
