Would be very nice to have off the bench. Manage his minutes, he's a very good scorer. Gordon and Beasley off the bench gives us lots of points when Harden sits.

Wonder how much it would cost.

Yeah that's how it starts..gotta have interest, right? If there is no meeting, then the thread will die. Better to discuss interest in 5 players than speculate about 50.

I'd roll the dice on him as long as it's not an absurd amount. He didn't have any knee issues this past season and he's still only 27. I don't care about the lack of defense, rebounds or assists. He has handles, creates his own shot and can light it up. Every team can use a younger version of Jason Terry, Mo Williams, Bobby Jackson, Ben Gordon etc.

Anybody that can dribble and shoot should be welcomed with open arms on our team.

    He's more injury-prone than Yao.

At this point, i'd have to agree with this assessment. It's clear we aren't the spurs or warriors where the top players will be attracted to coming to Hou. Sometimes you just have to roll the dice....and this is the type of player that you roll the dice on.

I think he'll be a fantastic fit for the 35 games per season he plays in.

I kid...I like him. Great shooter, injury concerns of course so hopefully the offer isn't too extreme.

Yep, i have to see Morey paying this guy just to have him sit on the bench when he's healty and when he's not (i.e. most of times) before i believe the sauces.

He used to be an incredibly solid defender that could drop 20 points on any given night.

The injuries are scary, but he is an undeniably decent fit with Mike D.

When healthy I think he is a perfect fit next to James Harden. Of course it's hard to imagine anyone would think they could rely on him being healthy. For the right price I would do it, not sure what that price is though.
