No way. Hartenstein is on a cheap contract. He's still very young. He can now shoot the three. D-league finals MVP. He's our only young backup big on the team. He will make the team.
Hey, Ryno should be relaxed. He is playing with House money. He is paid little, so there should be no pressure on him. No pressure on Ryno could lead to a rebirth of his shooting.
Not a bad move. I think he was hated on because the contract. Maybe he can come in and get some touches here and there. Maybe he feels like he owns the rockets a bit. Im not gonna hate on the guy.
Love it. Ryno @19 mil a year... bad Ryno off the bench at the vet min.... steal Also with Westbrook, he really needs those shooters that he seemingly could never get effectively in OKC. Good signing and surprised other teams like the Clippers didn’t jump on him at the vet min.
**** this signing to hell. Hope he doesn't make the team. And if he does, hope he gets the Carmelo 10-game treatment. "Your services are no longer needed." Just go retire. You're getting paid by the Heat the next 3 years -- $5,214,584 | $5,214,583 | $5,214,583 (thanks to that dumbass contract the Rockets previously gave you) But still better than CF infatuation with acquiring & paying Kevin Love $28M. Anderson & Melton --> Knight --> Knight & 1st --> Shumpert --> Shumpert free, Anderson re-signed -- the circle is complete.
Goody, goody gumdrops The biggest question of the pre-season will be, “who wins the backup role between Bennett & Ryno as Tuckers backup?” My money is on Bennett. Ryno shot 23% from 3 last season and probably still has depth perception issues at Toyota Center.
