    The Rockets almost had a trade....... the Rockets will leak that so fans know they are trying to improve.

    BUT...... make sure to say the Rockets DIDN'T initiate the trade discussion so the players don't get pissed.


    So transparent........ FWIW The Rockets wanted to trade for a long 3/4 before the season started and I am sure they will continue to do everything possible to add one.

    Um, if we were to acquire a non-rotation POS, that is, someone Dan Tony won't play in his "you guys figure it out while I stand here with arms crossed" system, we'd obviously be looking for a first rounder in exchange; and would it not involve one of our Trade Exceptions?

    According to ESPN Trade Machine, we have six of these: $955,000; two at $1,512,000; $1,621,000; $3,206,000; and $3,620,000.

    Josh Jackson and Bruno Cabaclo is the move to make. Especially after talking to Memphis about Iggy for all of this time.

    When i think about cheap (cause that's what we would eventually go after) wings while looking at the various roster i see:

    ATL - Bembry
    BOS - Ojeleye
    CHI - Hutchinson
    DEN - Craig
    MEM - Caboclo (not exactly a wing but...)
    MIA - Derrick Jones (same as Bruno i guess)
    MIN - Graham
    ORL - Iwundu
    PHI - Ennis (lol)
    POR - Hezonja

    ...so, i don't know, there are a couple of interesting players there, but i don't think Atlanta is looking to trade Bembry, same for Boston with Ojeleye, although they have a lot of wings there so, who knows...

    Looking at the various roster btw, just saw that E'Twaun Moore is expiring, and he's more of a SG/PG, but i think he would do great here, and would come with full bird rights. The good thing is that in NOLA he's basically behind Alexander Walker and Hart at this point, the bad news is that i don't think we can match his salary.
