I just can't see Philly moving him, even if he is unhappy.

You have to think the price to get him would be cheaper this time around. He's blown up 2 franchises in half a season, gotten a coach fired, and the wolves are better without him.

I can totally get on board with the "Jimmy doesn't want to baby sit" theory. The guy is 30 going on 50 - I mean Old. School.

From Zach Lowe. Brown asked for opinions. And he got them.

The Sixers went into the Butler experience with eyes wide open, and still hope to re-sign him this summer, sources say. He objected during that recent film session only after coach Brett Brown asked if anyone wanted to add something -- and after an assistant coach nudged T.J. McConnell to speak about his concerns, sources say. Butler didn't mention just his own role; he mentioned McConnell's too.

"When you ask the team, 'What do you see?' you'd better be prepared to listen," Brown told ESPN.com. "I'm OK with it. I have to be. I am the instigator."

I don't think Philly wants Knight on the books for 15 million next year

Asking price should be lower than it was when he was on the Wolves. We didn't offer Tucker then, we will definitely not offer him now.

Gordon + (2) 1st Round Picks + Salary Cap Fillers

Brand: "The price of the player is four first rounders. Plus take two worthless players."
Morey: "Now, the regular price of a mid-level All Star plus a solid vet is two first rounders. Is that right? Why would I ever pay more than that?"
Brand: "Because I intend to squeeze you. I don't like your kind, with the......double chin and....ping pong. I'll do business with you but the truth is I despise you. The phony way you masquerade yourself. But I want your answer and the first rounders tomorrow."
Morey: "Elton, you can have my answer now if you like. My offer is this........nothing. Not even one first round pick."

I never understood why ppl thought Philly was a good spot for him.

He didn’t like KAT and Wigs do I didn’t get why he would like embiid and Simmons.

While different players they have one thing in common. Their all young with no real winning experience let alone playoff experience.

It was doomed from the beginning.

Unless he has some secrete pact with kyrie another odd ball poor leader of young talent.

Houston was his best bet to play with winners and vets who know what it takes.

Harden is 3 weeks older than Butler. The difference between the two of them is night and day. Glad we have Harden locked up. Butler I would take similar to a Josh Smith move. He keeps his shenanigans in order and he keeps his motive as a team motive.
