    He was great tonight, loved his post game talk. Hit on all the good things and made some smart observations that didn't sound like forced regurgitation.


    10/10 for Calvin so far this year.

    The post game talk showed why he's a natural in the booth.

    Still puts some lively energy into what he's doing. Could sense he was into the success of the team and "FELT" the disappointment of the game's outcome like we did. And got the sense he made genuine observations of the game, and expressed them with the signature Murph ACUTENESS.

    It felt like cool old Uncle Calvin coming over for the holidays who will throw the football with you and might buy you a nice gift for Christmas.

    Man i miss calvin in commentary, he was the perfect blend of knowledge and comedy. Him and his cookies :(
    I actually liked heat broadcast yesterday, they seemed pretty fair on their analysis, better then bull and clyde...

    I'm very nostalgic about Murphy broadcasts, but I've developed a comfort level with new additions Drexler and Bullard. Feeling conflicted on this.

    I don't consider Clyde to be awful but I do think he
    would be a major upgrade to Clyde or Bull.......:cool:

    Bill: "What play are they going to draw up Clyde?"

    Clyde: "A three pointer no doubt."
