Grant is a genuinely good guy.

I sense no thug in him and he speaks so well!

You don't think Charles Barkley should be in the Hall of Fame?

Like I said there’s probably more, but to me Barkley is not a clear yes, though what he did for his size made him elite at rebounding.

Lefty Driesell gets in but NO Rudy.

Lefty was a really good coach but he never made a final four.

Chuck Daly is in the HOF (and rightfully so), however he didn't also have the playing career like Rudy did at Michigan and the Rockets.

Sounds to me like this is a job for Hey Now to educate the voters on why Rudy T is a HOFer.

    Get 'er done Hey Now:D

Charles Barkley is number 11 all time in WS/48 minutes, number 10 all time in career PER, number 8 all time in career ORtg, number 4 all time in career BPM, and number 5 all time in career VORP. He was also league MVP, which has been a HOF lock for every eligible player (DRose may not make it, since his career was derailed by injuries). Unless the hall was going to be limited to 10 players or so, Barkley was getting in on the first ballot.

Fair enough, great case. Like I said, there’s probably more but from the last 30 years I wouldn’t have over 20 players in the HOF and around 5-10 coaches who can be former players of course.

All of this is true. He is one of the best all time at his position. I am not a big Barkley fan, but he was amazing. He would be the PERFECT power forward for us this year. PJ is doing a decent Barkley impression this year...if only he could pull down 15 rebounds regularly.

I'm starting to wonder whether the HoF voters are closet Knicks, Riley and or Ewing fans who remain salty as F about 1994. They could not touch Dream for obvious reasons, so they continue to spite Rudy T.. #Not_classy.

Does Rudy have a chance this year? I really hope so.

I know it's an election year and there's a lot going on, but a grassroots campaign to get Rudy T where he belongs is needed.

    Twitter for the HOF:

    @Hoophall

If he doesn't get in, I say we march on Springfield.

    ****ing ridiculous.

Love Yao, and understand why he got in....but I’d rather have seen Rudy get in first.

Rudy T has earned his spot in the HOF! Not just deserves it. Two championships and an allstar as a player. I am literally waiting for him to get inducted before I go see the Basketball mecca.

It took those idiots forever to induct Guy Lewis but they eventually finally did. Rudy will be there one day.
