My hope is with the clippers playing the warriors that Pat Bev gives curry some problems. Curry hurt his ankle other night. Maybe Bev will be enough of a pain to not let his ankle get any rest and possibly a bigger injury so he out the next round.

 

He still butt hurt over being traded.

Super happy!!!!!! Whoever is mad is dumb. Okc had our number this year. Now we get to play GSW on much fresher legs.

 

I'm talking about the Jazz defense on high PnR.

They drop into ICE. We don't reverse ICE. And, as I said in my first post, that is why Harden weaponized the floater (for his snake-dribble attack) and improved his Side-step 3, to still get it off v ICE. Last year, we basically went to Paul to beat Utah dropping Gobert, via his snake-dribble to mid-range jumper.

We have other ways to shed the ICE defender (two pickers, double drags)...and to avoid it altogether (Thru series). But it can take away some things, so Harden developed GoTo, simple responses to what it tries to take away, namely his drives and Capela's oops...and relieving the need to switch.

We're better this year v Utah's Gobert defense.

 

Also, I’m still bitter about Boozer’s jazz beating us every year

 

It is what it is. The rockets need to get this series wrapped up as soon as possible and be fresh for the Warriors series.Need to limit Mitchell and Ingles and Clint needs to be aggressive against Gobert. Get Gobert. Into foul trouble and open up the driving lane.

lets not overlook the jazz please. man the thing i hate most about the playoffs is all the damn pressure on harden. i hate how so many root for him to fail. i hate how the refs love to stiff him on calls in the playoffs under the guise of "letting them play".

please just let this man get a ring and shut all these mofos up. the hatred might even be worse than lebron got before he finally got a ring.
