It's really something to find a video like this on YouTube. Loved how hard these two teams played against each others in the 90s.

LMAO, Oakley was just going for the ball. I don't know who the guys other than Marv are but they're hilarious in their view of the situation.

In the reply it looks like he just missed his face and only caught him in the chest.

...the video aside, I really hated that Houston team and I love Barkley and of course Olajuwon, and Drexler. Watching Maloney bring the ball up made me cringe.

Strangely, I agree with this. Those uniforms, and Maloney, and the cast of misfits (outside of Kevin Willis.) And Dream on the downside. It was frustrating to watch. Like having a magnificent old Victorian house with a bad paintjob and a termite problem. You just know bad things are coming.

Notice how opposing team players refrained each player. Basketball teams were just teams but it wasn't nothing personal back then. Nowadays people don't throw punches like they used to but they are so clinquish.

Wow, talk about another era of basketball. This is when men and beasts roamed the paint. Check out the big men/enforcers in that video : Hakeem, Ewing, Larry Johnson, Kevin Willis, Charles Barkley, and Oakley. You may as well throw in Mario Elie and Alan Houston in there because anybody crazy enough to try and restrain an enraged Oakley or Barkley is either nuts or straight-up tough.
