Hey Clutch Fans, I probably should have used the game thread for this, but since the players have been known to visit the bbs from time to time, I thought we should have a single thread to "Sound Off" with words of encouragement and support for OUR Houston Rockets. In less than 48 hours, the Houston Rockets will start the playoffs and in my opinion close the book on "Clutch City" and instead begin a new run giving the city of Houston a "new" winning name. (though "Clutch City" is just fine with me) So, whether you will be rooting with the rowdies in the TC, scarfing down some wings in the local sports bar, or sitting front row in your lazy boy watching every shot in HD - give a "shout out" to the team in RED. Keep it positive and let them know we support them all the way!!! Let's GO ROCKETS!!!! It's GAME TIME!!!
what makes you think players visit here? iirc, players are actually encouraged by their coaches NOT to read internet sites/blogs/etc. and on top of that.....gettting ready for the most important series of their careers, I doubt they have time to surf the internet....and if they are, I say to them.. GET BACK TO THE FILM AND THE PRACTICE COURT...YOU GOT A SERIES TO WIN.
You are probably right about the players, but I didn't think it would hurt to post some encouraging words just in case. Either way, I know some of what get's posted here on Clutchfans somehow makes its way to the players at times. 1 Game at a time, 1 Series at a time, Prove the doubters wrong! Go Rockets!!!
