It's all about the money. Bummer. I just don't see him moving the needle, except for affecting our payroll. Not a happy camper.
I like this trade. Get Harden some help. Any kind of help instead of some injured dude burning $15 million sitting on the bench. Not the greatest deal in the world, but I'll take an expiring contract over dead money.
Contract expires after this year. Looks primarily like a luxury tax saving move, as well as getting a good locker room guy/decent defender. At least he might be more useful than Knight and Chriss.
Someone do an update on Ryan Anderson’s trade n players moved. Lol We went thru Knight Chris’s Melton picks all for Iman ****in Shumpert?????
Don't value our first round pick so much, especially if we do well in postseason. Morey did his due diligence and got it protected. We got rid of two dead weight, in place of an expiring contract player who can contribute? It's not the end of the world. After next year's draft, we are free from Anderson's contract, just to have CP3's in his place.
Got to be ******** me . Knight , Chriss , and a 1st for Iman shumpert and lux tax savings !?!? I'm pretty sure we could have had porter for knight Chriss and 2 picks plus a filler contract .
Shumpert is trash. how much cap did we clear? or does it even matter? feels like simply a lux tax move. i don't think we are anywhere near the cap-space it would take to be FA players, right? is there any other way to look at this?
