He would be asked to be FIBA-Gay, which is a like a poor-man's Olympic-Melo. Very good stretch small-ball 4, would actually give more effort in rebounding and defense. If the Warriors made McGee into a hyper-efficient, prototypical lob center, they will do wonders with Gay.
