I.e we knew mchale was gonna suck before he was even hired

 

Mchale sucked because of lack of knowledge or lack of X's and O's, Mike is a mastermind of plays but he needs certain players in certain positions to truly run his system correctly

 

I don't understand why you guys didn't like the hire at the time... his system was perfect for Morey's philosophy. I also had been calling for Harden to be moved to PG, so that was just a cherry on top.
