No easy matchups this round in the west. Even if the spurs had won, the matchup would have been very difficult vs. the spurs for us. The mavs and pelicans were the worst two teams in the west and 1-6 were all tightly matched. Only team out of that group that got rolled over was the Blazers and they had matthews, afflalo out and aldridge hurt...I think with those two things fixed, they would have taken the series to 7. Should make for really great bball. GS vs Mem, us vs. Clips, both series should be awesome.

Want to feel like we can and will win this, but if Paul is healthy (I think the theatrics and dramatics surrounding his hammy "injury issue" were simply for show because he knows it was a slow sports night on the networks with no other games being played) the we are doomed because Griffin will get his against TJ/Smoove, and Crawford and Reddick will probably go off on us. Feel like their staring 5 is just much better than ours but our bench is stronger. If Paul is bothered by or hampered by a REAL hammy injury then we should prevail pretty easily.

I think we win this series in 6... Clippers are exhausted/injured and have 0 depth.
What are you blind? Both times Kawhi had an extra step on Griffin and would have got the dunk. Only reason it wasn't because of that time keeper bullcrap letting Barnes know the play.

This 1000x. Harden plays like crap on the road in big cities because he's worn out from the night before. But I think he will rein it in for this series. Clippers/Spurs beat the crap out of each other, exactly what we needed them to do. They're both hard opponents. I'd rather face the clippers because they're young and not as hungry Rox in 6.
