If he is slotted at the 2 (OK, he's a bit undersized, but does size really matter at that slot?), then he will be backing up Harden. I think if you've got Johnson back to back with Harden going flaccid is the least of your worries. Johnson with Harden back to back, you've got a rock hard rotation to go to there.

    I'm excited to see a Johnson/Harden backcourt.

    Johnson/Cannan/Daniels

Bright young depth in the backcourt.

But Harden is such a ball dominant player. Do you really think Johnson is willing to be the bottom guard in that roatation?

Sure Harden likes to have a ball in his hands, but he also distributes - he's practically our PG and can give as good as he gets. With Johnson being as aggressive and athletic as he appears to be, I see Harden and Johnson as a potential tag-team on any opponent - one comes in and handles the ball for a bit, the next comes in to put it in the hole. And of course both can finish around the rim easily.

It's hard to imagine a more solid backcourt than a Hardon-Johnson one.

And no, just to answer the question - Rookies tend to play a bit sloppy, but every second counts when they're on the court if they're going to prove themselves. Since it's an opportunity to prove his worth, I don't see Johnson minding any sloppy seconds he gets.

Everyone will want to play with Johnson.

Once Johnson gets into the game, McHale won't want to take him out.

He is going to be offended by Morey in his third year and sign a max contract with Cuban.

Can't pull out Johnson out the game when he's stroking too good.

Guys we just signed the our version of Bledsoe.

The guy will be solid NBA starter in the future.

Watch out when he develops his shot:eek:
