Let's hope he gets some playing time... Although... With the way PatPat and Morris played the last few games, that's unlikely... Let'e hope for some garbage playing time, with the rockets on top of course!
He was just 1-8 from three-point range in his most recent 3-game run there, and was 4-23 (17.4%) from beyond the arc over 7 games total with the Vipers. Inside the arc, he was 55-91 (60.4%). I don't think this is your stretch four just yet -- I mean he is capable of shooting from distance, but not at a high clip yet, I don't think. That's why I think the timeline should be a little longer for Motiejunas since he's a post player with good post moves that needs to add some strength and experience to bang down low with NBA-caliber players. Terrence Jones, I would think, is more NBA-ready.
Agreed.....no way he is a stretch 4 at this point in his career. With that said he could develop into one.
Can he set screen and roll to the basket? Wondering if he can play backup C especially how bad Smith get into foul trouble.
I'm tired of the stretch 4 crap. I want a guy who can score in the paint and give us 15-20 there every game. Nearly all our scoring in the paint comes from our guards. That's pathetic.
Do these guys fly Southwest or United to McAllen or Harlingen? The Rox prob'ly have a dude hired special for these airport trips. (ring ring) "Dmo?" "Yes." "Again?" "Yes, again. Be here at 4:00?"
This...For players with less than 2 years of experience they can be assigned any number of times. Players with over 2 years can be assigned with their consent.
Maybe they want to keep Dmo from being exposed to Royce too much, lest Dmo start making his own demands.
