It states that the mayor of Las Vegas, NV is meeting with an anonymous team owner to move the franchise (possibly) to Nevada. My immediate thought was that is is Les. But they are not naming names. Who else could it be?

There was an article where the mayor of Vegas said that there were 3 teams in the running to move their franchises to Las Vegas. He wouldn't mention them for fear of blowing any possibilities.
