    very solid. he may not be a miracle worker on D like coach B but he's as good as there is as a defensive assistant.

    i think this hire is to help transition from MDA to the next coach. turner is great on both ends of the court since he's got adelman's Princeton O as well. he will be the top assistant as the X's and O's guy for both ends while the rockets will replace MDA with a recruiter / motivator / yes-man for head coach.
