All correct. However, the bolded part wouldn't even matter if we sign Bosh straight up, because it would be basically guaranteed that the Rockets won't reach the apron under that scenario. Because they will have nothing left to spend besides minimum guys after that. I would say the most important benefit for the Rockets in a S&T is keeping Terrence Jones and possibly DMo and Daniels while still letting Bosh make his absolute max.
