Meaning if Rockets only go 3-6 in final 9 games, they still get the 3 seed...they can even lose them all, if Jazz/Clippers keep losing

I thought they had to win 1 more game, but I guess that's right. They have the tiebreakers with the Clippers and Thunder and each of those teams has 31 losses. So the Rockets can't finish behind either one. Hence they have home court locked up for the first round.
