Should Morey do something in offseason? The first step would be separate positive and negative assets. The second step would be "prepare for both present and future".

Positive Assets: standard players whose value is greater than the contract cost, the other team has to add something to facilitate a trade.
Harden and Covington are positive assets.
2022 First Round Pick is a positive asset.
2023 First Round Swap is a positive asset.

Negative assets - to move him you need to add a pick to convince the others to take him and his contract.
Westbrook is overpaid on his last year's contract? Steven A views him as negative asset. Posters view Eric Gordon as negative asset because he may not play 50 games this season.

I think Tucker is neutral asset. All other players have little to zero trade value.

The world is facing a major league crisis. The NBA should not be a concern.

No, but if said player comes back to life (resurrected), said player is still under contractual rights of the Houston Rockets.

Statute 112.567dash XYZ.BS under Contractual Obligations of Resurrected Players

Just after Contractual Obligations of Retired Player Un-Retiring

Edited: sorry to soon to be joking like that. My apologies

Every nba team gets rest and will comeback completely healthy 1 month to go before the playoffs. Believe me players like LeBron, Kawhi, Harden, Russ, PG, PJ TUCKER will benefit the **** out of this. This helps older teams like us. And is bad for younger teams like Mavs, Nuggets and Jazz because their 2 star players are battling a respiratory infection and will have to get back in shape after it

I believe the nba returns in April 10th with a reduced schedule maybe 15ish games with playoffs starting May 10ish running to mid july
