Thanks for posting, great to read anything about Scola. But why would you block quote an entire passage that could be applicable to basically anything instead of quoting a passage specific to Scola? Just saying.
General Manager Daryl Morey remarked on Twitter that Scola went into “video game god mode” Scola getting kudos from the boss. This guy is turning out to be one of the most likeable players in the NBA.
Oops LOL. Didn't read what I quoted before I posted, just mindlessly quoted the first 2 paragraphs. That won't happen again
Almost got dumped for Amare too, right? Weren't there rumors that Morey wanted Scola and not Landry in the deadline deal? Morey is for sure a slut.
Carl! there you go again! If only you had the vocabulary to express your thoughts in a more civilized manner!
Exactly. That dude just needs to get straight to the point. Its so dumb I can't don't even want to read is stories no more.
Scola is still underappreciated by a large number of Rockets fans. What we have here is a indefatigable workhorse who will just work his butt flat out for the team day and night, and whose heart and soul is fully with the team, and majority of fans wanted to trade him for a flashier racehorse that probably looks good in 50 races, but doesn't have the heart to pull the team all the way through. I still remember the times when we were stuck with players like Chuck and Juwan freaking Howard as our power forwards. Everyone was always screaming about our "hole" at the power forward position. Well, I have always been convinced that, with Scola, that hole has now been capped tighter than a offshore deepwater oil drill. And best of all.... Scola wouldn't want to play for another NBA team other than the Rockets. How do you place a value on loyalty? My way of thinking is a bit old-fashioned - for me, loyalty is priceless. So no thinking of trading Scola for Amare or Bosh or whatnot please. Rockets already has what it needs at the power forward position.
