TMac never made it out of the first round, but Horry lately has never made it out of Dunkin Donuts. Big shot Bob used to mean big baskets made in big games. Now it means: Used derogatorily by people to infer that the person "thinks" that they are important. Humility Bob, look it up.
I enjoyed it. Its quite obvious that the only people who didn't enjoy were sensitive tmac fans. all Rockets fans love it, we all know about Horry and Clutch City and we all know about tmac's tenure. And as an analyst who is entertaining, Horry wins that too
I admit it is a nice joke but people here are overreacting and you know who I am talking about talking about stirring up a wasp nest (a swarm of those insects)
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I prefer thin bob who had humility and character - the one that helped the rockets win b2b titles. No need to rub it in. We all know he played with prime Dream, Shaquille, Kobe and TD.
Turn the channel. Cancel comedy channel too. You don't like it cause you don't like the jokes on Tmac, that's all. Don't pretend that this has anything to do with humility. Barkley gets clowned for not winning titles many times on TNT, and it's entertaining.
Horry doesn't fit the criteria. I honestly feel like it came across worse than Horry intended, and Zach Lowe's reaction added to it. Still pretty funny though
I don't love tmac but I also don't hate him. I thought the dig was cheap. So you don't believe me. Fine.
Oh please. If you had peak T-mac on your team instead of Horry you wouldn't need a last second shot to win the game. There wouldn't be a need for clutch moments as can you imagine a team of T-mac, Drex, Olajuwon???? Or T-mac Shaq, and Kobe????? Just ridiculous to think T-mac couldn't have "earned" his rings on teams like that but Horry did. I love Robert Horry, thought what he said was hilarious (if not scripted), but man, it was also silly for him to say that. If the '95 - 96' Rockets had T-mac instead of Horry...we would have beaten the Sonics instead of getting swept.
LOL , tmac was as brittle as they come. Thank god we had ironmen like Horry and OT. We don't need Tmac when we have Olajuwon. Olajuwon is better than a billion tmacs combined.
