He damn sure stepped up like one though. I see what you're saying, but no great Superstar got anywhere without that role player or two stepping up when it mattered. He was lucky to be on those teams. McGrady was one of the 5 most talented perimeter players I have ever seen.... He was also soft as hell and a poor leader.
