I'm a jackass, no doubt. But most folks either love me from the get go, or like me later on. There are certainly folks that hate me, but that goes with the territory. But the one thing that makes me not want to change, ever? The ones I win over. They always do because they realize I have a good heart. At the end of the day, that's what I care about.
