That was the right call. Glad to see RJ didn't get the 2 points there.

It was just a dunk. What's the big deal? I liked the pass better than the dunk.

The Deandre Jordan play on Brandon Knight was an offensive foul too. When you go straight up and down on a jump, an offensive player can't go through you.

It has more to do with the fact that Richard Jefferson still has ups

Should have been a no call. RJ put his arm out, yes, but MKG also had a handful of his jersey

If you don't like that, then you don't like or know basketball. Only an idiot would hate on this play.

    Not a offensive call..

Some people didn't know Jefferson had hops, and some are surprised he's still in the league.

Agreed. The dunk was going to happen whether RJ used his off arm a bit or not.

    Let 'em play.

I hate that call. MKG was in the restricted area when the contact came. The contact was the result of MKG jumping straight up in front of RJ who went up while streaking toward the basket for a dunk. MKG was contesting a drive to the hoop, not a jumper, so I don't think that "jumping straight up" in front of a moving offensive player makes this a charge.

If that's the rule, then all you have to do when standing in the restricted area in order to get an offensive foul is to jump straight up in the path of a soaring offensive player.

Yes and no. You can't undercut a player either. If you time your jump at the same time as the offensive player jumps then it's a charge.

I wouldn't mind seeing that rule being changed to a no-call, but at the same time I can see where defense starts to lag because of it.
