True, GS defense is bad, not a champ level.

Iguodala, bogut could improve a little come playoffs.

 

I don’t think that’s the main problem, their problem is chemistry issues imo.

 

Funny how if it wasn't for Bucher, they would not have talked about the mocking of the referees. That Cleveland fan was awfully quiet too, only Skip tore into them. Kudos to both.

I won't be surprised if they're bounced from the playoffs this year. Too arrogant, too entitled, and too disjointed.

I just hope it's the Rockets that do the bouncing.

 

If I actually watched these shows I'd never have to leave CFs since they always end up here.

Hopefully we dispose of GS this year or they get bounced ala Seattle and we don't even have to face them

 

I dont see them being more vulnerable cos with DMC they have another margin for error. They have shown that they have a few levels they can step up to if needed.

Everyone in the west has gotten worse or stayed pat, while GSW are the only team that has gotten better.

Given the way they obliterated Denver, the only series they would have to put in the effort for is against Rockets and we will have to be perfect to beat them in a 4 game series. The rest are just cannon fodder

 

They've also been soundly thumped in recent weeks, as well as beaten in their own arena by some pretty bad teams.

 

Benches have to beat them on defense, starters can’t.

Honestly I fear Bogut more than I do Boogie. He's a master of (illegal) screens and just a dirty player overall.

Yes, they may lose a game but every other team in the west excluding rockets will not last more than 5 games and most will get swept

 

Unfortunately, playoffs are more about starter matchups cos most starters will be logging significantly more minutes.

With Cousins, they can afford to have at least two of Curry, Klay, Durant and Cousins always on the court.

Having a strong bench wont count for much if your starters get blown out

 

They have 5 all stars (2 HOF players, maybe 3 in Klay) in the starting rotation. They were a 72 win team when they only had 2 of the 5. Think about that. It's the Warriors, and nobody else.

We have all seen that GS has another gear and they will hit it when the playoffs start. They are still the team to beat in the West but we are a close 2nd.

 

they will be better defensively in the playoffs. you can bet they will be more locked in than the regular season.

the rockets are clearly the only in the west than can make them really work though. the thing I worry about for us is the shot making. all of our role players are so damn streaky. when we go cold, its sub zero temperatures. we cant afford those too many poor shooting efforts, and james has to continue to put up huge numbers like he has been. its not fair since you dont have to same the same for the warriors stars but it is what it is.

they are still heavy favorites.

 

This gets said every year now when they play like trash at the end of the year.
