Except for Oelman's Alltime Coach choice, everyone has posted their roster (incl. Boss LCA, you and me.)

    Did he coach your franchise?

Pls take a coach that has coached the Bulls in history for at least 2 seasons, those were the rules.

Sloan, Thibodeau, Dick Motta, Badger.....Del Negro......Collins to name a few.

Didn't realize that was rule. Sloan, since I'm guessing someone took Phil Jackson. If not I take Phil.

I would take Scott Skiles or Thibodeau (thibs). The latter if I would be him.

Are we judged by the coach's career or what they did with the team?

Both, the coach also has to make sense for your roster and be able to utilize them in moderately modern basketball.

That's why I always propose future or contemporal drafts... it is tough as hell to argue with that when you filled half of your roster with guys from the 60-80s. Just an example.

The difference is these players already played in the NBA and had primes, so we can evaluate their talent level, strengths and weaknesses plus stats.

In a futures draft, we would have to play a what-if game and completely guess how youngsters develop, it's a bit tricky and way too subjective when you think about it.

That's why you use their stints with foreign teams and college numbers.

As for judging, I have changed my mind, I think it is easier just to drop your result (number) without saying the obligated 2 sentences or more.

It's a more direct Take it or Leave it Approach leaving no ground to attack. Subjective however effective.

We can still talk after proclaiming the overall winner..... have you alll seen an Election ballot where they demanded a mini essay on the person you voted or just one cross?
