Retired cop guns down man for texting at Florida movie

It is about the millionth cop + guns = deaths thread on this forum.

 

Sounds like the guy who was killed was also a major dick and antagonized the old man. I'm curious about who actually started the physical confrontation. Seems like there is an ass load of mitigating circumstances in this killing.

 

I heard he threw popcorn on the old man. A hand for a hand indeed,

 

You could have stopped at Florida.

 

Maybe people will turn their phones off next time.

Edit: wasn't serious. Didn't read to see if the victim died, whether the guy just gunned him down or if it got physical and he used his gun in the altercation.

So? Have some respect and take your ass to the lobby if you need to use your phone. Don't be a dick and antagonize some old man and then escalate the situation by saying, 'Oh, did you go in there and start complaining on me? Did you tell the staff about me?'"

It's not bad enough that the jack ass acted like the theatre was his personal living room, but this 43 year old bad ass decides it's ok to throw popcorn at a 71 year old man because he told management that he was using his phone in the theatre? I'm having a real hard time feeling sorry for him.

But I hate people texting during a movie, get the **** out if you are gonna pull out your phone. Some punk ass teen was doing it next to me in this same movie this weekend. I almost popped him

There should be a lesson here. Don't specialize in being a dick and don't go antagonizing people because you think your bigger then they are.

The old man will get jail time for killing this guy and thats fine but it doesn't bring the jack ass back to life. You never know who you are going to be a dick to so don't go antagonizing people. With just the slightest bit of consideration he would still be alive with out a scratch on him and he would have probably enjoyed the movie. instead he is dead and he leaves behind a widow and a child.

The old man will be punished, but the 43 year old jack ass will still be dead.

 

You grow up. Don't antagonize people, you never know if the guy you are antagonizing is a little crazy.

 

I never said he deserved to die but don't go antagonizing people because you bigger than they are or because you think they are old and an easy target. Because he was a dick I am having a real hard time feeling sorry for him. if that upsets you too ****ing bad.
