Did Joe Biden call his platform his podium? I ask because I can't tell if that's his dementia or yours.

Don’t be naive. During the 2016 election I saw plenty of coworkers who came back from voting and didn’t say a word, but their body language said it all. They were embarrassed to say it but they voted Trump because they were old white men who disliked Hillary or always voted party.

I know I’ve heard ‘podium’ used as a verb in context with political stance. It’s possible I mixed it up with platform, but I’ll leave it up there for levity. :)

Politics don't belong in the office. imo....

    or religion.

Unless you work for a politician... or a church.

I can tell you that you'd be shocked by what people actually vote for. Many people don't share because it's alienating no matter what you choose. Not revealing your opinion is safer.

wanting fellow citizens to be fearful: noted.

but rest assured, you, the lying, corrupt would-be dictator, and the rest of your white supremacist pals have scared us plenty, but not into inaction. Enjoy your remaining 4 months of trying to ruin democracy.

As I've said many times, I didn't vote for Trump in 2016. I'm not sure how I'll vote in 2020.

Biden is an atrocious candidate - he's now senile and was never a good candidate throughout his 40+ years of being a politician. His racist statements are worse than Trump's, he didn't want to kill Osama, and he voted for the Iraq war. The democrats have embraced elements of the far left that I cannot get on board with.

One of my main political drivers has always been to improve the quality of life for people, including lifting as many out of poverty as possible. I believe the best way to do this is not socialism or government handouts, but rather to make it easy to start businesses and take the regulation out of business. Nothing helps people more than a healthy economy. I'm convinced of that.

There's a lot I don't like about Trump. A whole lot. However, he likely is the best current candidate we have for the economy. So I'd prefer another pro-economy candidate, if I could script it out that way.

yet you spend most of your time here defending and making excuses for him and criticizing those who are critical of his policies.

also worth pointing out that you supported george w bush and the iraq war so you dont really have much credibility when it comes to choosing whats best for our country.

B-Bob... you're a liar. No one is a dictator. No one wants a dictator. And no one here is a white supremacist. You're just parroting the same line the left has been using to attack its opposition.

    Let's play this game.

You're a communist who wants to install a dictator and put people in camps! Who said this? I did and it's obvious because you don't agree with me.

But really, the best part of your post is you saying I want to ruin democracy... by voting.

Nice try. Enjoy your political hyperbole because it makes you sound like a lunatic.

I appreciate the honesty. Keep it coming. I might not agree with the votes but I would fight for your right to cast them and that sort of thing.
