Wait for Altuve, McCann, and McCullers to return. Also trade for Smoak from Toronto, and call up Deetz from AAA (already on the 40-man, putting up great numbers). Then I'll press the panic button.
I think they'll pull out the division. Somehow. It probably won't be pretty. I worry about the playoffs. The team just doesn't feel like it's gelled at all this year, and I see no sign that that's going to happen now even when everyone's healthy again. The starting pitching is our strongest asset. Its been hung out to dry tons of times by the bats this year. The struggle at home is simply bizarre and is real and cannot be hand waved away. I'd say uncertainty of what will happen in the playoffs is extremely high.
What else do you see in your tea leaves? Don't you think adding league MVP and team leader Jose Altuve might help things "gel?" We had a 12 game win streak this year. The recent struggles are clouding many of yall's judgement.
You know a good way to relax? Not having root sports and just watching games that show up on ESPN or Fox. Can't wait for the playoffs when I get to watch the Stros more.

If altuve can bat .400 for the remaining games, he will still manage to surpass 200+ hits for the season having missed 21 games. no pressure.

Ditto. Sometimes Being wrong ends up being really fun. Thought we were close to toast after game 5 yankees last Alcs and was thrilled to be wrong.
