Liger, 'eh So, if you mix a Cheetah with a Tiger, do they call it a Cheeter. I'm sure the other Cheetah's would.
Spoiler: Just happened few days ago.. [/SPOILERhttps://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://m.worldstarhiphop.com/video.php?v=wshhwa1hVFZvMjgDQBK5&ved=0ahUKEwjP7KS4xerRAhXKMyYKHdcaCjEQFggeMAI&usg=AFQjCNHxcI9xlRF0uEJ91hOc2ZTMypvjzw&sig2=V8Gf6lqLy4EksNQ7eVJ85w Not a very good pet..
Sucks they killed one of the cats. Fyi, ligers typically have shortened life spans because their hearts cannot handle the size of their bodies.
It's highly irresponsible to breed for ligers or tigons. No respectable zoo would, but these type of traveling ones often do & the poor offspring suffer from a whole host of issues. Also, fun fact, the gene for growth suppression is carried in the sperm in tigers & the egg in lions. This is why ligers never stop growing (female tiger w/ male lion) & why tigons (male tiger, female lion) are so little.
So, linner is a word...as in: Customer: "I would like that liger for linner." Server: "We're fresh out. Could I interest you in some crocogator instead?" Customer: "No...I think I'll have the saltrout."
