    Good deal for the Raptors. Miles would've been an excellent fit for us, but we didnt have the money left and at least he will help to make the East a little bit more competitive now. He's the shooter they desperately needed.

    I'm saying the Raptors are in a better position to challenge the aging and stagnant Cavaliers, because they couldn't rely on Carroll and improved their shooting.
