Found this insightful analysis on the 2nd half collapse by the Raptors. http://www.raptorsrepublic.com/2016/03/08/breaking-raptors-2nd-half-collapse/
Nice find! I've been a proponent of going small with Harden guarding the opposing team's 4 for awhile now.
Great read! Sad that people who write for other teams know the Rockets and their players than most of the so called loser fans on CF nowadays.
Interesting read. Harden is described as a great passer and credit is given to our offensive gameplan. However I have read on Clutchfans that Harden isn't a great passer and all we do on offense is just roll the ball out there and see what happens.
wait a minute, Toronto is hardly "a fringe playoff team" . . . they should have a little more self-respect.:grin:
That's because everyone falls into the trap of feeling like they must have a polarized opinion of Harden. Harden is a good passer. Harden is also a lazy passer. These things are not mutually exclusive.
so you are assuming that the Rockets would have kept Lowry, Scola, Patterson without hiring McHale in the first place? Another thing, I don't think that the Raptors are really better than us if we play up to our potential like last year.
that's a pretty big "if" don't you think? I think what you meant to say is that we stack up well against them "on paper."
I didn't say that the Raps are worse than us with the "big IF", maybe equally good. Do you agree that these two teams are very close if they play up to their potential? What I want to say is that I wouldn't prefer the "what could have been Team if we didn't let Scola, Lowry go" over us
