Damn the Pelicans could miss the playoffs, they were in 4th what like 10-11 days ago? This 4-10 mix is crazy

AD was the reason, but I guess he could not do it over the course of several weeks to months.....stamina issues.

    Now here's today:

With the Nuggets trending upward and the Pelis trending downward.

I was looking at each of their schedules from 3-10... seems like they all play each other a lot going forward. That should make this last couple of games pretty exciting!

Holyshit, we're playing 2 of those teams tied for all those spots in the next 4 games.

If we wanted to , we could legitimately pick and choose as to what we want for the seeding.

I wonder if it's possible for seeds 3-8 to finish with exactly the same 48-34 record. That'dbe funny

That Thunder game is a tricky one. Do the Rockets try to win that one and risk pushing OKC down to 8th?

I dont think the Rockets are concerned about losing to any teams right now in the west outside of a healthy Golden State. If their mentality is to lose against OKC on purpose to avoid them in the first round then this entire season is a complete waste of time.

It's not about fearing the Thunder. The Rockets would beat them in the first round. But they'd probably be a tougher opponent than a Denver or New Orleans.

We wouldn't want other teams doing that if they were in that position would we? I think we should play to win, while giving our guys the needed rest or rehab they need to stay fresh.

    1. Rockets 67-15
    2. Warriors 60-22
    3. Jazz 48-34
    4. Spurs 48-34
    5. Blazers 48-34
    6. Twolves 47-35
    7. Pelicans 47-35
    8. Thunder 46-36

This would be the most fun and ideal, though Blazers should be 4th but that's improbable.

    I watched last night's game.

    Warriors did not beat Thunder.

    It is "Thunder beat Thunder".

Thunder suck, they are not going to beat anyone, but beat Thunder..

You finally said something accurate. Neither Paul George nor Melo want to be successful in OKC.
They have greener pastures that they want to go to this summer.

    3) Blazers could easily lose all 4 games remaining if Lillard doesn’t play. 48-34

    4) Utah could easily win all 4 games remaining if GSW rest players. 49-33

    5) San Antonio probably wins all 4 remaining games. End up tied with Utah. 49-33

    6) OKC possibly ends up 46-36

    7) T-Wolves get Butler back but probably still go 1-3 (losing both games vs Nuggets and Lakers game). 45-37

    8) Pels 46-36

    9) Nuggets go 3-1 in last 4 games. 46-36

    10) Clippers go 2-2 in last 4 games. 44-38

This would have Pels, OKC and Nuggets seeded for 6-8, by tie breaker system (all 46-36)

This is so awesome because you know your prediction is probably going to be wrong, but you have no idea in what way! Stay tuned to all the games!

No doubt. Saw a quote from Lillard that leaving the Dallas game was the right thing to do. The remaining games don’t
matter over rest. If the Blazers lose one or two of the next couple of games; you know his behind will suit up; especially if Utah keeps winning. Put more tape on that ankle and walk it off. Lol.

People talk like Butler has been out over a month and he will just come back 100%....those same people
wonder why Millsap missed some games and expected him to be 100% when he returned. Players
coming back from injuries sometimes disrupt the chemistry and continuity of the team. John Wall
the same thing. Need to get in game shape. Pro NBA players will test the player coming off injury.

Millsap has adjusted. I think T-Wolves are toast. But I could be wrong.

Maybe I missed something, but I thought it was all but a sure thing that Melo will stay in OKC next year since he’d be an idiot to decline that player option?

Haha, are you guaranteeing something Melo does? I’m not guaranteeing Melo leaves....lol.

Just saying Melo doesn’t fit OKC at all and he likes being in bigger cities. Wants to be a winner with CP3.
