Hey anyone know landline phones well. I need one that can be programmed to redial all caller ID numbers by first dialing 9 to get an outside extension. Scenario: I'm helping my mom move into a highrise condo. Each tenant is connected to a central phone system. To call out, like at a hotel or in an office, you have to dial 9 first. This really screws up the use of the Redial button for CID numbers. Hoping to fix this seamlessly, as making as many things the same for her in this move would be great. There's got to be a phone you can buy which can be programmed to automatically proceed all calls (or just CID redialing) with a 9. The phone we have actually allows you to redial and add a 1 to the front of the call automatically, but not a 9. Any ideas? Is that phone store on 59 South still open? tia
