Question about filing cabinets

    Ok just got these from offer up and didn't realize the filing height of each drawer is like half the normal height. Do I have to purchase like a filing frame or something?

    Why the hell wouldn't they just make them full height so that anuser doesn't have to go and buy a separate filing rail kit.
