I was so excited the day we fired McHale last year.......now I rue the day. JB Bickerstaff & Mike Dantoni??????? Les wasted a 13 million dollar guarenteed contract to have these clowns run the team!!!!! It shows ownership doesn't have a friggen clue.

Apology for what? The guy rode Harden's coattails to a fat contract extension and got fired after management realized that he was a terrible coach. McHale is doing just fine, probably out somewhere holding his wife's handbag while she texts salty messages about her old girlfriends that don't invite her out for martinis.
I think when you look at McHale's semi success with the Rockets compared to anything Dantoni has coached since 2006, it is clear cut that McHale is better. A successful season for Dantoni within the last decade is 30-40 victories. McHale has been 40-50+ victories. JB who totally sucks had more success in a partial season than Dantoni has had for the most part in the past decade. After all the crap us loyal Rockets fans were put through this year....this is the way the organization pays us back. They simply can't be so naive to think that we would not have had higher hopes for McHale's full time replacement. Empty seats galore is what awaits ownership next season.
Dear Les, Stop riding the coattails of these has-beens and go after a coach with some actual good ideas. Also, did it ever occur to anyone in the Rockets front office that we might want to try a different sports psychologist and shooting coach? Everyone shoots poorer when they come to Houston, and they become headcases too. In summation, Fire Keith Jones. He is the curse on the team and a scourge to our training staff. Thanks
D'Antoni has done a hell of a lot more than Kevin McHale ever will in this league coaching wise. As much as I do not want D'Antoni as the coach, I would sacrifice numerous first borns if that was the only way to have him coach instead of Kevin McHale.
