    Shane Battier with a 50% FG%, 42% 3PT

    IMO, James Harden with excellent defense.

    So hes compared to Battier, but you think he can be like James Harden...? Interesting, I'm not gonna try to argue that because I don't know enough about him... But it seems a little odd to compare someone to Battier AND harden, who are very different!

    If Taylor's D = young Battier and O = Harden, then Morey get-er-done!

    C'mon.
    It's hard not to like Taylor, but James Harden or Paul Pierce?
    I don't see that at all.

    I doubt he'll ever score more than 15-16 points a game and even that might be a reach.

    He's a Brandon Rush/Courtney Lee type of player. Does some things better, others worse. He's fundamentally sound, plays good D and can shoot, so he'll play in the league for a long time, but I highly doubt he'll ever be a star.

    Just my opinion, though.

    This is a ****ing annoying read. Jeffrey Taylor sounds like an immature piece of **** who talks in obnoxious colors.

    I know that Taylor is slotted to be a SF, but he is known for guarding 3 different positions effectively. The idea is to have him playing SG off the bench after Lee. The comparison to Lee was a good one. He is like a taller Lee.

    I think he would be good, as a late 1st rounder.
    A taller Lee,yes. Lee is a better handler than him though.

    Seeing as Martin was non-existent the last 2 months, yeah.

    In response to the concern about Taylor's shooting, here is a comparison between he and other known shooters from this year and last years draft.
    <style type="text/css">
    table.tableizer-table {border: 1px solid #CCC; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;} .tableizer-table td {padding: 4px; margin: 3px; border: 1px solid #ccc;}
    .tableizer-table th {background-color: #104E8B; color: #FFF; font-weight: bold;}
    </style>

    <table class="tableizer-table">
    <tr class="tableizer-firstrow"><th>This years shooters</th></tr> <tr><td>Harrison Barnes- 44%</td></tr> <tr><td>Jeremy Lamb- 48%</td></tr> <tr><td>Austin Rivers- 43%</td></tr> <tr><td>Terrence Ross- 46%</td></tr> <tr><td>Tony Wroten- 44%</td></tr> <tr><td>John Jenkins-47%</td></tr> <tr><td>&nbsp;</td></tr> <tr><td>Last years shooters</td></tr> <tr><td>Klay Thompson- 44%</td></tr> <tr><td>Marshon Brooks- 48%</td></tr> <tr><td>Jimmer Freddete- 45%</td></tr> <tr><td>Alec Burks- 47%</td></tr> <tr><td>Kemba Walker- 43%</td></tr> <tr><td>&nbsp;</td></tr> <tr><td>The Man</td></tr> <tr><td>Jeffrey Taylor- 49%</td></tr></table>

    To me he reminds me of Allan Houston with a better defense. Im sold, lets pick him up.

    Why would you ever pick Taylor when Jeremy Lamb could be within trading range? Or Terrence Ross available at 16? Boggles the mind. Both are younger, somewhat better gifted athletically, already possess solid shots and passing games naturally play the SG, and have much higher upside potential. And neither are defensive slouches.
