I haven't really made up my mind on this but here goes... Harden Parsons Asik Lin West or Millsap I dont think DH gives up money in LA, neither does CP3. Josh Smith isn't worth the contract. Love and Aldridge aren't tradable yet. You know what, screw it.... Harden Parson CP3 Love Dwight Howard
Lin Harden Parsons Cousins/Smith/Millsap Asik I think we will land one of those PF's. The reason is Rockets already made it clear PF is our main problem and of coarse if Howard is an option I'm sure they will do it but the PF problem will still be an issue If we get Howard tho I could see this Lin Harden Parsons Gasol/West Howard If were going for pure realisticness any how
PG: Lin SG: Harden SF: Parsons PF: Garnett(with Mchale's help) C: Howard (no income tax, he hates Kobe)
Pg Lin/ beverly/ nate Sg harden/ garcia back for min sf parsons pf asik/ dmo/ robinson/ jones c howard/ gsmith
1) Trade- Lin and Parsons to the Wizards for John Wall and Kevin Seraphin (http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=d2wecpt) 2) Sign Tyreke Evans to a front-loaded 3yr/$20 mil. 3) Pick-up option on Delfino 2013 Line-up PG: Wall SG: Harden SF: Evans PF: T-Rob C: Asik Bench: Beverley/Delfino/Jones/D-Mo/Smith 2014 1) Give Wall max (or close to it) money 2) Sign LeBron to max deal 2014 Line-up PG: Wall SG: Harden SF: Evans PF: LeBron C: Asik
If they sign Dwight, I think Morey will keep Asik for the time being and wait to see if Love or LMA shake loose rather than go for Smith or Millsap though I'm not really sure hoe much better LMA is than the latter two. McHale would try and find time for both Asik and Dwight in the frontcourt.
Yes...but if we can trade Asik and change for JSmith or a re-signed Paul Millsap, then that could potentially be a better trade chip for Minnesota or it could force Minnesota to come to the table and discuss trade if they want Asik.
After looking through the various proposals, Im changing mine to: Beverley or Llull Harden Parsons Josh Smith Asik Morey targeted Smith at the trade deadline. Now he can get him for nothing more than cap room. Morey retweeted that Llull was the "perfect PG for Harden" in December. I think we offer him a 3 to 4 year deal worth $12 to 16 million and Sergio accepts.
This is a pivotal time for MIN. Kahn was fired and a first time GM in Flip Saunders. Coach Rick Adelman may leave do to wife's health issues. Team has said they want to resign both Restricted FAs Nikola Pekovic & Chase Budinger. Pekovic is saying he wants 12 mil a year so doubt he is back if market gives him that. Teams wants to resign FA Andrei Kirilenko. Kirilenko wants to play for a contender so I doubt he comes back. Love is not happy with team. With all these things happening it could be a perfect storm of things going wrong that MIN could decide to move on from Love this year.
